Joke aside, if it rain we'll get wet, the course will be shorter and some folks wont go for the run, thats all. Bring your raincoats.

I missed this course last year, so I really want to attend this year (as long as I don't get stuck working).
Do you have room for one more.
If so, what time are you meeting at the Carp Fairgrounds for?

I also plan on running the Carp Trail afterwards if there's room for that too.
I'll be bringing my stock '08 JKUR.

Hey Mitko!

I still don't have 31" tires for my JK yet... It currently has the original 29"... Do you think we can still go for the Carp trail?

How long does it take to do the Carp trail?

Thanks... Looking forward to Saturday...

Mitko,

If you think there's room for one more I'd like to sign up!

As far as the trail run after Im a go as well (presuming my OEM 265/70/16, or 30.6" to be exact) will be OK, if not no biggie.

Thanks,
Andrew

There is lots of room, numbers are not limited at any point.

Almost 31's on a Taco I assume? You should be ok, maybe a little long, just watch your rockers.

Correct! Its the extended cab w a 6' box so its not as bad as the crew cab trucks but still, i know what you mean... It only has 11 000k on it so id like to refrain from banging it up too much.

Looking forward to the weekend, looks like there will be ample mud to sling with all this rain!

Rear overhang might be a bit of a concern as well coming off some ledges, but that's just a guess. You'll know pretty quick into the trail though.

I think the big issue will be the last drop and the bypass of the mud hole. Personally it isn't worth the effort going down it since that is essentially the turn around point

I was thinking of that first ledge where the XJ and JK turned around last year - I haven't been on a run with anything that has the overhang of a pickup that I can remember.

But yeah, I agree that the last mudhole and bypass aren't worth the effort at that point.

Well the XJ was because his suspension was shot, the JK was something else and it wasn't the vehicle's fault

I will be showing up as well. It will be my first time for any activities with OVO. I'm really looking forward to it. Stock JK will be ok for the run no? I have the 32" tire package.

31's or bigger, you should be more than fine. 2dr or 4? 4's have a bit of issues with some of the drops and a bit of rubbing but nothing even remotely drastic. 2dr will be fine
