In preparation for RC, I built Jon Wilson a Sissy bar today as he will be my Trail Bitch :flipoff:

I am sure he will need to use it :flipoff:

Took some time today to groove my tires. Took me 1 1/2 hours total :glasses:

I also installed some 1 1/4" Wheel spacers yesterday to stop my tires from hitting the frame:

And of course, Brad's truck was in the yard so I had to use it as a ramp :flipoff:

Ottawa have a time warp now? I drove by Brad's yesterday and the weapon was in the driveway, then all of a sudden it's at your place. LoL Looks like you're ready for Rausch Creek?

Finally put the rear kids seats in. Complete with Crow 2" 5-point harnesses, etc.

I had to cut out the roof and raise it. I also put a lexan roof over the kids head to protect them from falling objects, whether it be rain or trees :p

Well, Since putting in the V8 I have been breaking Hub Studs, twice this year so far, so I sprung for some Trail Gear Drive Flanges. (You drill the hubs for four additional dowels, bringing the total to six rather than the stock two)

I also got my driveshaft back from Jesse - Cannot run drive flanges without a straight shaft :p

Also, I got tired of the stock pickup in the fuel cell, I seem to be getting lots of air so I purchased these Walboro pickups that seems to be all the rage right now on Pirate. They are supposed to close when they start sucking air. I also got a bulk-head fitting so I can drill a hole in the fuel cell and route from the corner.

They will get installed in opposite corners of the fuel cell so that one of them will always be sucking fuel at any angle...

Limited slip in the rear, so it will be getting a spool.

This project will be spooled rear, front will be 3 link, full hydro, coil-overs, undecided on the locker (detroit or selectable), 35 spline upgrade minimum.

Wheelbase will be stretched by about 5"

Plan to go 43" SX's (If I can afford it) and new bead-locks.

So, my axles, tires and bead-locks will be up for sale in the fall ;)

Took out my T-Case at the Gorge. Kind of on the fence about what to do. Was it HP that killed it? It did last 3 years with 200HP and 2 years with 340HP and did have over 400,000Kms on it when I put it in the truck to begin with...

Options:
- Put in my spare case and run it - FREE
- Upgrade to a OTT D300 Adapter behind my crawl box for Toy/Dana300 Combo giving me front dig capability and hopefully a stonger rear case. - Far from free :(
