Haven't gotten much done on the Jeep due to work and the little one... Ordered up the left over axle parts from the boys at BCC and I plan on tearing apart the HPD60 and shaving it in the next couple of weeks.

I figured since I was dragging my a$$ on this project and that most parts being removed were spoken for that the only way to get the ball rolling was to start tearing the TJ apart! Spent the afternoon taking the interior apart...

Got Mud?

good work George, now get those parts on that other frame!

One thing at a time! Luck881 came over today and we spent some time working on her... drive shafts pulled, coolant emptied, electrical wires from front end pretty much all pulled back to firewall, fender mounted accessories removed and passenger fender removed... a good solid days work.

Looking good keep up the hard work

Ya ya... if all goes according to plan hopefully your axles will be ready by next Sunday... hopefully :)

Well over the last week Luck881 has been coming over to help me tear the from clip off the TJ and scavenge parts...

While cleaning the mud out of every nook and cranny I found this little passageway... Packed with mud all the way from front to back. All I did was turn the hose on and let it run till clear water came out all the holes. I suggest this as part of your yearly maintenance!

All the wires, bolts and etc removed and ready for lift off... Thanks to CJMunky and family for coming over and helping out today!

Something missing?

Let the fun begin...

And the rebirth starts... LJ...

Had a little bit of a Jeep party at the house this weekend... S.Sanderson and Luck881 came over and helped doing some wrenching and beer drinking.

Gas tank, transfercase, t-case skid assembly, suspension, axles and tires all pulled... Not much of her left!

Axle parts waiting to go on... :D

Little arts and crafts to hang on the wall... 14B diff cover from my shaved axle... Honestly a 12 year old painted it! :lmao:

Making some measurements... Pulled rear wiring harness, Evap system, rear lights and lic plate holder.

Cut line drawn and rope holding bedsides from flopping outward.

Juggy anyone?
