i can't believe you did those welds with that little flux core welder.
looks like TIG work in those pix. Are all your tubes welded or just tacked? Hopefully I'll get my new welder soon and maybe I can help.

With all your notching - what brand hole saw do you use and where do you get 'em?

Do you re-sharpen them or chuck and replace?

By the time they are through, there is nothing left to sharpen LOL.. I am almost done my second hole saw on this project, first one was a Canadian Tire one, the one I have on it now is the Home Depot brand. The Home Depot brand has lasted a seriously long time so far....
