Anyone else in? You don't have to drive your truck if it's away for the winter. Bring you grocery getter.

O.k, so i have tried a contacting toy mountain to confirm a date. Unfortunalty they are still closed. I think i found someine that i can get some info off of but he never called me back. So i will be trying him again. So i will hopefully have a date by the end of the week, hopefully.....

ikthanx for letting me know in advance, cause last year i was short on time unfortunately. but this yaer i'm defenetaly gonna b there. let meknow for the date and i'll make shure to book this day. and what exactly do i have to bring as for toys?
That would be great. I will let everyone know on the date as soon as the toy mountain people get back to me. As for a toy, any unwrapped toy will do. Better yet fill up your car or truck with toys from family or co-workers.
I think toy mountain will be requesting toys for a certain age group but that won't be till later. At least they usually do.

I am in. As I already let you know, my wife knows alot of people in the media! as well she knows some places we could put bins, boxes ect... for collection. hen you know the date give us a call and we will confirm who you want to contact. a-channel, ctv, ect.

do you have a date yet?? laura (my wife) will be at ctv tomorrow and will ask max keeping how they can help. also she was talking to jim long who is the statio manager for valley heritage radio 98.7fm, on burnstown road in renfrew is more than willing to help and said he may even be able to give some free airtime for an ad for the event. she is offering to help with this event if you would like. how BIG do you want it to be let her know.
Hey, toy mountain was suposed to have the meeting wed, they never got back to me. I will send them a email today. As for how big do i want it, AS BIG AS POSSIBLE!!!!! The bigger this get the more the kids and the club benfit. This is hugely appreciated!!! Thank you and your wife.

Hi, this is Shane's wife laura. I am pretty sure that ctv will help!! I will be having a metting next week with Max and I also have a friend, She is the manager of a scotia bank in kanata who is related to the sports guy(Ken) on a-channell. She is going to talk to him for me and will also see what she can do as far as the bank is concerned. Maybe we can get some of the senators involved aswell. let me know what you think and i will make some calls to people i know. you might also think of putting a charity jar at the cock & bull as that is where you have your winter meetings. i used to work at a bar down town and we did things like that all the time. someone can take the money and buy toys with it the day before or use it to adopt an actual christmas family!! anyway whatever i can do to help

ok Jim Long station manager @ Valley Heritage Radio, email: jim@valleyheritageradio.ca. He said he would talk to you and see what he could do. I will have to ask about giving out the other emails first but it shouldn't be a problem. I also have ALOT of places like banks, stores in malls. we live in a 21 story condo and Shane said he would put one in the lafarge offices. Do you have someone making boxes?
Exactly! There is no reason why we can't have 40 trucks filled up with toys. I will hopefully have a date this week if not today.
Thats great, i have no one making boxes so if anyone is willing to do that, if not i will. Even a donation jar will work. At bars and so on. And then i can go out and buy a pile of toys.
I was unable to get a hold of anyone at EOTB. Is someone able to make a thread on this there also. Try and get them out also.
