As you can tell, I am on holidays today :)

Got the rear diff full of fluid, same with the D300, bled the brakes, mounted the Coil Over reservoirs, re-mounted the winch solenoid box, and got the tires put together. Just finished fabing the D300 shifter, the paint is currently drying. When it is together I will post another pic.

Even got to go for a quick drive today! The full hydro steering is a lot quicker than the Toy box was :)

Got most everything buttoned up. Had to change the water pump as well because for some reason the bearings went out on it :(

Done enough for it's shakedown run though:

First shakedown run happened this weekend:



Did some stuff I did not expect to do for it's first run and it performed above my expectations. The main issues I need to address are bump stop placement and the toy master does not have the volume needed for the 1 ton brakes. The good was that the D300 worked flawlessly and I got on the gas a couple times that would have made the toy axles cringe and did not have any breakage ;)
