To answer your questions in order that you asked.
1. We will be meeting Friday night at 45.161146,-76.960968, departing that location Saturday morning at 9:00 sharp.
2. See above long/lat, that is camp spot night 1, night 2 depends how far down the trail(s) we get Saturday, there is no cost for the event
3. See above.
4. Your Durango is more than capable for this trip.

OK, here we go with directions to night 1. Night 1 camping will be at what I am calling Dodge Lake Camp 1 (DLC1). DLC1 is located at 45.161146,-76.960968. If your GPS does not do decimal long/lat, you will need to convert it online, or follow the written directions which follow.
From Ottawa and Montreal
This Google Map gives you a good overview of how to get there from hwy 508 & 511 (Calabogie) intersection.

From Ottawa and Montreal
- Take the 417 West towards Arnprior
- Take Highway 508 West towards Calabogie
- Take Highway 401 East to Bellville
- Take the Highway North to Tweed.
- Take Highway 7 East to the 511
- Take Highway 511 North towards Calabogie
- at the intersection of 508 & 511 travel 16 Km’s West on the 508
- At Black Donald Road go straight, DO NOT TURN!!!!!!!!!!
- Travel another 6 (SIX) Km’s to the Dam.
- Turn Left onto Mountain Chute Road and cross the Bridge.
- Go 1 (one) Km untill the Pavement stops
- You are now where we do our camping for Spring Fever, continue down the dirt/gravel road 500 meters (if you pull in to the trailer park you have gone too far).
- Turn left on to Hunt Camp Rd/Lane
- Follow Hunt Camp Rd for approx 5.5 KM's (always stay on the gravel road) until you get to the "4 way" intersection. (see attached picture)
- Turn right and follow road/trail approx 1-1.5 KM's. DLC1 is on the left. Always bear left if the road in offers a choice.

Contingency Solution:
If DLC1 is occupied when the first person arrives (I hope that is me, around 3pm Friday), proceed down the trail to DLC2 (not marked on map). It is about 500 meters past DLC1 on the same trail, you can't miss it. If we fill DLC1, we may need DLC2 as overflow.

Contingency Solution 2:
*IF* DLC1 & 2 are already in use, my plan is to use the hydro line. To find us there, you will need to back track the access road. Go back around 3 KM's to the 2KM point, you will see a point on the road that you are able to access the hydro line, it is a big wide opening. We'll use that as a back up to the back up plan. Am I confusing anyone yet? LoL

What time are you planning on being in the Calabogie area? The best spot I can suggest meeting someone is at the old Munfords gas station (now called Blue something...it's just a restaraunt now) at the corner of 508 & 511.

I should mention, we'll have the CB's on channel 4 and will be listening for anyone as well. So when at the "4 way" intersection by Dodge Lake, if you are concerned about where you are, give a shout out. DLC1 is close enough to there to pick you up!
Brad, you'd be passing 508 & 511 at what, 6:30pm at the latest? People could meet you there as well.
If anyone is an early arriver (my word, don't spell check it). I'll be passing 508 & 511 around 2pm, I hope.
